Rae was the most amazing person I've ever had the privilege to work with! She made everything so smooth for us and supported us throughout our whole process! She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows through all that she does, going above and beyond. If I was going to recommend anyone definitely go with Rae!

I highly recommend Forefront. From the rental of our home to the sale, Lisa has been timely, efficient, and caring. Our previous experience with rental management prior to Forrfront left us very frustrated. Lisa provided great customer service with the highest of integrity and professionalism. Lisa's effort in helping us sell our home motivates my husband and me to give her and Forefront our highest recommendation. If selling or renting another home in the Casper area we would hire Forefront without a doubt.

Response from the ownera month ago

Thank You so much Ann! It was a pleasure working with you both

We contacted Lisa right before moving to the area. The day after we moved here we were out looking at houses to rent or buy. We decided to buy but while we looked for a house Lisa was able to get us in at one of her rental properties. That took the stress off of us while we continued our search. After looking at several properties we were blessed to find the right house for our family. Thanks Lisa!!

Response from the ownera month ago

Thank You so much BreeAnn! I hope you enjoy your new home!

I worked with Lisa at Forefront in our search for a home. Lisa provided excellent options for homes to view that fit with the type of home we were looking for and the price range we were in. She provided a laid back, but informative experience that allowed us to take our time in our search and not rush into a home purchase. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of the homebuying process, provided great feedback and advice for us when we did finally close on a home, and she was there with all the answers every step of the way!

Response from the ownera month ago

Thank You so much Taylor! I hope you and Tiana enjoy your new home for years to come!

This was my first experience with buying a home and dealing with a realtor. Tammy Britton exceeded my expectations and made the home buying process quick and painless. She even introduced me to the Homes For Heroes program in which I received a check after the purchase. Found a home and was able to close in 30 days. Tammy continues to stay in contact with me even weeks after closing. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.

Response from the owner3 months ago

Thank you very much and I am so glad you were able to take advantage of our Homes for Heroes program!

Tammy was absolutely amazing to work with! We decided that we wanted to build a new construction home. She went above and beyond for us. Making sure that the hiccups of building a new construction home got worked out asap. If there were concerns or issues with the building process, she was on top of it taking care of it. I will definitely be recommending Tammy Britton to people if they are looking at buying or selling a home in the future!!

If you are in the real estate market, whether it is to buy or to sell, Lisa Engebretsen should be your first call. She is flexible, accommodating, friendly, and an absolute professional. Her work ethic is beyond reproach as she is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure her clients are satisfied. We could not have completed the sale of our home without her hard work and dedication - her selflessness and positive attitude made the entire experience as stress-free as possible! We will absolutely be recommending Lisa to anyone seeking a real estate agent in Wyoming in the future!

Response from the owner7 months ago

Thank you Jacqueline. Both you and Justin were great to work with and I'm happy that you can now start the next chapter of your life.

Lisa was truly a blessing in our home buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Casper area and became familiar with our style and the type of house we were looking for very quickly. We ran into a few snags during the transaction and Lisa guided us through them effortlessly. At the end of the day we were able to negotiate a great price on what was as close to a dream house in our book as was available. I cannot say enough good and highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Thank You Calvin! I truly enjoyed working with you and your family in finding your dream home.

My husband and I were looking for a house in Casper and we were fortunate to meet Lisa and her team. Everyone was so friendly and inviting, especially Diki, the Administrative Assistant. After our initial meeting with Lisa she went right to work. Within a couple of days she scheduled houses for us to look at. In between showings she sent us e-mails with houses she thought we might be interested in. Lisa was really involved in the process and I knew she wanted to help us find our "forever" home. We finally found the house that checked all the boxes on our wish list and Lisa was with us every step of the way. We are incredibly happy with our experience with Forefront Real Estate and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for their "forever" home! Thank you Lisa!

Carissa just got us into our first home a little over a week ago, she was EXCELLENT through the entire process. I felt more like I was buying a house with a friend rather than a stranger agent. She is knowledgeable and professional but very down to earth and relate-able! We hit some bumps in the road and Carissa handled them with ease and helped me keep my sanity through all of it! Although I am glad to say it's over and we've found our home... I would do it all again with Carissa if I had to! I would highly recommend Carissa if you are looking for a FUN, smart and experienced agent! She worked with our schedules, my hours were her hours, and that made it so easy and less stressful for us! She went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Carissa!

Response from the ownera year ago

Brandi, it was a challenge but we got through it. Even though we closed on your home, always feel free to contact me if you need anything! I appreciate the amazing review and it truly means a lot to me. I will be looking forward to your house warming party this summer!! Carissa Nickerson

We had a wonderful experience with Tammy. We drug her from the mountain, to Glenrock, to some bumpy pastures; encountering weird neighbors and even a rattlesnake! Tammy stuck with us over 6 months and helped us find a great home to fit our family. I would recommend her anytime. Forefront also had a temporary, furnished rental available while looking for our home which helped to make our hectic interstate move much easier.

Thank you for the kind words. It was actually a lot of fun!

Lisa, Scott, and Diki have all been very patient and professional with us. We originally rented from Forefront, and now own a home with their help! As first time homebuyers, Lisa walked us through the entire process and continues to help us. Definitely recommend if you want a realtor to be straight and honest with you about the home purchasing process.

My husband and I worked with Tammy at Forefront and she was amazing to deal with. She showed us nearly 40 houses and even crossed some off of my list before we viewed them because she listed to us and knew it was not what we were looking for.

She stayed working late and answered my texts and emails at odd hours to make sure we were happy. It has been nearly a year since Tammy helped us to find our home and she still checks in on us periodically to make sure we are still happy with our home and have had no issues.

I recommend everyone I know and people that I don't to Forefront. If you want help finding home and don't want to deal with a pushy salesman, if you want someone who puts your needs first and listens to even your crazy ideas, then give Forefront a call. They definitely go the extra mile to guarantee that their clients are happy and within their budget.

We worked with Scott Reinsbach from Forefront Realtors. In a down market he stuck with us and found a buyer for our home. He was professional and worked for us even after we moved out of state. He kept us notified about every detail and walked us through every step of the process. He even replaced the closer on our front storm door when the lovely Casper wind tore it open. He didn't make me hire someone to go do it. It's the little things that make great customer service and Scott excelled at this. You won't go wrong in hiring this firm, especially Scott.
