Homes for Heroes was started following the tragic events of 9/11 and created as our way to say thank you to the men and women that make our country and our communities a better place to live.
Forefront Real Estate, LLC has committed to being the exclusive Homes for Heroes® Real Estate Brokerage for the Greater Casper, Glenrock markets.
By giving back 25% in our gross commissions Forefront is committed to providing real savings and rewards for heroes who work every day to make our communities safer and better places to live. In addition Forefront Real estate, LLC gives an additional 5% of gross commissions directly to Homes for Heroes to help the organization do more to help Heroes nationwide.
What are the savings?
Savings will depend on the sales price of the home but several thousands of dollars is not uncommon.
Who qualifies as a hero?
Our core group of heroes include military (active and retired), law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, teachers and healthcare workers. When you are buying or selling a home, let us say thank you for all you do!
What does it cost me?
Nothing because it’s FREE. There is no cost to you. All costs are covered by your local participating vendors.
Can I buy any home and in any area?
Yes. This is not a government program with limitations or restrictions. This is the private sector giving back simply as our way to say Thank You for all that you do every day.
Are there a lot of extra applications, forms or some future obligation?

To qualify for Homes for Heroes you must be military (active, veteran, or reserves), law enforcement, firefighter, teacher or healthcare worker. That’s it! There are no other stipulations or qualifications you need to meet for you to be accepted into the program. You will receive a rebate for 25% of the gross commission after closing when you buy and/or sell your home with Forefront Real Estate, LLC.
