This was my first experience with buying a home and dealing with a realtor. Tammy Britton exceeded my expectations and made the home buying process quick and painless. Lisa was truly a blessing in our home buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Casper area and became familiar with our style and the type of house we were looking for very quickly. We ran into a few snags during the transaction and Lisa guided us through them effortlessly. At the end of the day we were able to negotiate a great price on what was as close to a dream house in our book as was available. My husband and I were looking for a house in Casper and we were fortunate to meet Lisa and her team. Everyone was so friendly and inviting, especially Diki, the Administrative Assistant. After our initial meeting with Lisa she went right to work. Within a couple of days she scheduled houses for us to look at. In between showings she sent us e-mails with houses she thought we might be interested in. Lisa was really involved in the process and I knew she wanted to help us find our "forever" home. We finally found the house that checked all the boxes on our wish list and Lisa was with us every step of the way. Carissa just got us into our first home a little over a week ago, she was EXCELLENT through the entire process. I felt more like I was buying a house with a friend rather than a stranger agent. She is knowledgeable and professional but very down to earth and relate-able! We hit some bumps in the road and Carissa handled them with ease and helped me keep my sanity through all of it! Although I am glad to say it's over and we've found our home... I would do it all again with Carissa if I had to! We had a wonderful experience with Tammy. We drug her from the mountain, to Glenrock, to some bumpy pastures; encountering weird neighbors and even a rattlesnake! Tammy stuck with us over 6 months and helped us find a great home to fit our family. I would recommend her anytime. Forefront also had a temporary, furnished rental available while looking for our home which helped to make our hectic interstate move much easier.

My husband and I worked with Tammy at Forefront and she was amazing to deal with. She showed us nearly 40 houses and even crossed some off of my list before we viewed them because she listed to us and knew it was not what we were looking for.

She stayed working late and answered my texts and emails at odd hours to make sure we were happy. It has been nearly a year since Tammy helped us to find our home and she still checks in on us periodically to make sure we are still happy with our home and have had no issues.

I recommend everyone I know and people that I don't to Forefront. If you want help finding home and don't want to deal with a pushy salesman, if you want someone who puts your needs first and listens to even your crazy ideas, then give Forefront a call. They definitely go the extra mile to guarantee that their clients are happy and within their budget.

We worked with Scott Reinsbach from Forefront Realtors. In a down market he stuck with us and found a buyer for our home. He was professional and worked for us even after we moved out of state. He kept us notified about every detail and walked us through every step of the process. He even replaced the closer on our front storm door when the lovely Casper wind tore it open. He didn't make me hire someone to go do it. It's the little things that make great customer service and Scott excelled at this. You won't go wrong in hiring this firm, especially Scott.

For anyone interested!!!!!!! My home was on the market from 2015-2016 with a realtor of supposedly excellent selling equalities!!!!! After SIX MONTHS WITH ONLY 10 PEOPLE LOOKING AT IT ,NO ONE BOUGHT IT. I was devastated. In 2017 at the end of may i decided to call Forefront Realitors i talked with a woman named Lisa. She was very kind and understanding with what i went through with other realitor company. SHE WAS SO CARING WITH MY SITUATION SHE SOLD MY HOME IN 45 DAYS!!!!!!!!! THIS WOMAN IS AN ATTRIBUTE TO REALITOR COMPANIES AS WELL AS CLIENTS.... BY THE WAY I GOT EXACTLY WHAT IWANTED FOR MY HOME......
